beef nachos |
Nachos. I love Mexican food. And I love nachos.
Nachos is the perfect snack to accompany your evening talk with your girlfriends. We ordered nachos everywhere. And It's best to eat along with your afternoon coffee. It's almost like a full package of meal, cause there's carbs, protein and vegetable and fruit /avocado. If I may say, jalapeño is a vegetable, isn't it?)
So I tried to cook nachos this morning. And I refer to one of recipe over the internet from www.taste.com.au because it's more simple that any other recipe. And it turned out, not bad at all. But I took few notes there.
Notes:
1. I didn't made the beef sauce from the scratch, I used the bolognise sauce that's ready in the refrigerator.
2. Tried to choose not really tasty corn chips with bigger slices.
3. There's no jalapeño in the recipe, so i forgot to add some.
4. Instead of tomato salsa, I used dice fresh tomatoes
5. I skipped mexican chilli powder, taco salt mixed and coriander cause it's hard to find in my hometown.
6. It's better to mix cheddar and mozzarella than only use one kind of cheese
Let's enjoy our homemade nachos :)
