Rainbow Stir Fry

Veggie for kids?
I surfed over the internet looking for the most simple vegetable recipe and I fell in love with the name of this recipe. Rainbow means colourful and kids love everything that colourful.
Beside I really wanted to try out my "new" julienne peeler which I found that I had one in my kitchen.

The original recipe is from whole new mom website. It supposed to be grain and soy free. However I just tried to cook from anything that available in my kitchen.

Notes:
1. I skipped the chicken part cause I cooked fried chicken separately
2. I used oyster sauce instead of coconut aminos
3. You need extra patient to peel the carrots but it's worth cause my kids love this meal

what we need

chop the green beans

made the carrots noodle

chop garlic. i think i have to buy a new chopping board

sauté the onion and garlic

tossed the veggies

add the oyster sauce

We're good and ready to go
